Weekly Meeting

Attended Leadership weekly meeting and heard technical discussion relating to critical equipment and a biz. trip reporting of a reference site in the morning. Also, had PIM weekly meeting and shared engineering KOM results determined with Indian members. In the afternoon, joined to EM/LE weekly meeting and communicated with lead engineers and cost admin. (Trend, variation from our baseline is hot issue considering our initial stage.)

Closing today work and preparing biz. trip to project site tomorrow, and will attend CM weekly meeting held at 2 p.m. / My major concern of tomorrow is surely CM related applications so will have a meeting with responsible engineers at the site office, too. Hope to get some results to proceed PIM plan. (Weekly reporting is required tomorrow! remember it.)
