Today's hot topic is, definitely, English. While spending most time of today on full-day workshop with indian members, faced to weak ability of mine to speak and hear in English so had a confidence my weak point has been it really if I failed to promote any other leading positions whenever, wherever.

In English conversation, I am always struggling with not reading but hearing in English so it shall be needed to improve more and more. I also guess this skill is the one of global business skills as a fundamental or "common of common" (means the "basic of basic").

Besides real project related career field, may have to learn it more than technical acknowledgement like specific equipment related area, mechanical and other engineering departments, information management and so on.

- Will have to make a plan for this concerning part as soon as possible.
