Full-day Workshop, with India

Will attend an workshop with key memebers at New Dheli office today, and have some time to discuss and confirm our DOR related with engineering work split including relative conditions of IT, document control process and so on.

My concern is to make clear operation scheme so as to prevent from any other confusion due to management issue such as quality, overhead charging practice, communication error, etc. because they may mislead us again to have repeatative arguement without any benefit, even if lesson learned.

Anyway, most of global leading firms are doing it very well so we also have to make this collaboration very helpful for each offices, New Dheli and Seoul, as soon as possible. - Otherwise, we may have to shutdown sooner or later.
