Had an interview and talked about biz. prospect based on strategic stance of future project, including leadership and administration agenda with new person, was team leader of strategic and biz. planning. A serious concern is positioning issue of "planning" function but nobody has a driver to enhance it because of meaningless sense considering organization and current situation. In addition, staffing matter ignoring "right person" may be the root cause of it so everyone hesitate to mention and lead the restructuring issue. Anyway, got some information relating to the second phase, instead of conventional problem, global project management and its methodoligies such as execution/operation scheme, project controls, discipline engineering and so on. Will take them and study as soon as possible.
P.S. Will be a "Red" and so natural Chile project guy?
