Started the second week of July and shortly thought about top priority jobs within this weekdays. In the morning, watched a TED clip relating to Work & Life balance with team members and held a spot meeting to discuss preparing a LOP for the project information shared service platform will replace current dedicated practice with sub-team leader. - We are faced to serious confusing situation because our forecasting of workload indicates it will be less than current level after some months and this downturn mode is due to unsufficient new orders so NWB shall be the plan B, regardless of short-term financial performance with terrible operating mood in this year. Therefore, management shall determine how they communicate with employees and explain the strategic direction of the future including whether the downsizing and outplacement program will be furnished or not. / As many people know and concern, backlogs are the most important matter considering order-based industry and current backlogs includes the meaning of future business and corporate-level strategies. If management do not mention anything, they are ignoring their primary duties, absolutely. - Nobody says this matter. Sucks. (18 guys!)
