두권의 원서, 전략...

서가에서 두권의 전략이론 책을 또 꺼내든다, 요즘 줄창 이런 책들을 펼쳐드는데... 정작 내 할 일들 중에선 가장 거리가 멀기도 하여, 되는대로 읽어볼 생각인 것 뿐...

※ 교과서로도 채택되어 쓰이고 있다는 'Strategic Manangement Theory' 중에서 가장 원칙적인 말... ;

1. Select the corpirate mission and major corporate goals.

2. Analyze the organization's external competitive environment to identify OPPORTUNITIES and THREATS.

3. Analyze the organization's internal operating environment to identify the organization's STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES.

4. Select strategies that build on the organization's strengths and correct its weaknesses in order to take advantage of external opportunities and counter external threats. These strategies should be consistent with the mission and major goals of the organization. They should be congruent and consistitute a viable business model.

5. Implement the strategies.
